Custom USAG Tool Cabinet
I decided to build a tool cabinet to make working in my garage easier. Goal was to avoid having too many drawers.
I bought a standard two tier metal cabinet on Amazon and lined it with Home Depot pegboard, cut and painted.
I also added door-switched 12V plug in LED lights.
Styrene pegboards on the wall are from Azar Displays, remarkable products. LED mood lighting was added.
Cabinet is on wheels and easily movable.

How did you manage to replace the instrument Cluster? Was it difficult?
Not difficult at all. It comes with easy to wire instructions. I had to fabricate a speedo sensor holder but that was it.

This video was published to accompany a CL add years ago when this van was sold. It was meant to show to distant buyers that there was no unusual engine, tranny or suspension noises. It was never meant to be entertainment. It did it's job perfectly!
I have one too. Top box as well. 69000km had it from new in 2000.
I am sitting here marvelling at the ingenuity and simplicity of this operation... Slightly facepalming because "why didn't I think of that?!" Well done! Of course, it raises a few questions I hope you might be willing to answer: 1. What temperature did you heat it to? 2. What's the material of the "frame" around the acrylic? 3. Are you planning on painting the acrylic before fitting?

I had a Honda CBX 750 4 and when the mufflers went I put the exhaust to four into one. The sound was not as nice I must say I really missed the sound of the four pipes.

This bike is amazing. Micha gave me the opportunity to take it for a ride. It is comfortable and has a confident, solid feel and good street manners going down the road. Great job Micha.
It was quite easy actualy I had a machine shop make me a 7mm spacer and integral sleeve and I pressed the CBX stem into the Busa lower tree trough the sleeve. 7mm rise made sure the upper bearing location stayed unchanged. After that I just made new steering stops making sure on full lock the steering doesn't touch the fuel tank - that was it.
That was just foreplay. I should have another video with some running sound.
